II. Users
The access and/or use of the Portal attributes the condition of user, (hereinafter, the ''User'') who fully accepts, from the moment of access and/or use, the General Use Conditions reflected here.
III. Use of the Portal
The Portal provides access to a multitude of information, programs or data (hereinafter, the ''Services'') on the Internet belonging to Greenalia or its licensors to which the User may have access.
The provision of the Services by Greenalia is free of charge for Users.
The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Portal, which extends to the registration or completion of forms that are required to access certain services or content. In any case, the registration will be made in the manner expressly indicated in the service itself, being the User responsible for providing truthful and lawful information, and keeping updated, at all times the information provided.
As a result of this registration, the User can be provided with a password for which he will be responsible, committing himself to make diligent and confidential use of it.
The User will be solely responsible for the false and inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to Greenalia or third parties by the information provided.
The User also undertakes to make appropriate use of the Website and its Services, without violating the provisions of this Legal Notice, prohibiting the following:
- Influence activities that are illegal or contrary to public order.
- Disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal nature, advocating terrorism or violating human rights.
- Cause damage to the physical and logical systems of Greenalia, its suppliers or third parties, introduce or spread computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems that are likely to cause the aforementioned damage.
- Try to access and, where appropriate, use the email accounts of other Users and modify or manipulate their messages.
Greenalia reserves the right to withdraw all comments and contributions that violate the respect for individual dignity, that are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, that attempt against youth or childhood, order or public safety or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, Greenalia will not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participation tools.
Regarding the contents (information, photographs, design, text, sound files, image files), it will be prohibited to:
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, disseminate, transform or modify, and communicate them publicly unless you have the authorization of the legitimate owner or is legally permitted.
- Violate the rights of Greenalia or its legitimate owners over them.
- Use them for all kinds of commercial or advertising purposes, other than those permitted.
- Try to obtain the contents of the Portal by any means other than those that are made available to users as well as those that are usually used on the network.
IV. Protection of personal data – GREENALIA’s Privacy Policy
Greenalia complies with the guidelines of Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Regulations for the development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at all times, and ensures the correct use and treatment of personal data by the User.
Greenalia may collect, in each form required for access to certain Services or contents, personal data for storage and/or use, with respect to the User. Automatically, a file owned by Greenalia (hereinafter, the ''File Manager'') will be created with address at Plaza de María Pita, nº10, 1º, A Coruña, Spain; or by another Greenalia owned entity and the User will be informed of the responsibility of the file, the address of the person responsible for it, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, the purpose of the treatment, the communications to third parties (if any), the mandatory or optional nature of the answers, the consequences of the refusal to provide them and, in general, of all the mentions required by the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.
The File Manager undertakes to process the data provided by the User, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations.
At any time, the User may exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of their personal data, through a communication sent to Greenalia, Plaza de María Pita,10, 1º or to the email address lopd@greenalia.es.
V. Intellectual and Industrial Property
Greenalia by itself or as an assignee, is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial property rights of its website, as well as the elements contained in it (for example, images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, combinations of colors, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access and use, etc.), owned by Greenalia or its licensors.
All rights reserved. By virtue of the provisions of articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Law on Intellectual Property, the reproduction, distribution and public communication, including its method of making available, of all or part of the contents of this website, for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, without the authorization of Greenalia, are expressly prohibited. The User undertakes to respect the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights owned by Greenalia. You can view the elements of the Portal and even print them, copy them and store them on the hard drive of your computer or on any other physical medium as long as it is solely and exclusively for your personal and private use. The User must refrain from deleting, altering, evading or manipulating any protection device or security system that was installed on the pages of Greenalia.
VI. Exclusion of guarantees and Liability
In no case will Greenalia grant guarantees or be liable for damages of any kind that may arise, by way of example:
- Errors or omissions in the contents and/or services.
- Lack of availability and effective functioning of the Portal and/or its Services and contents.
- The presence or transmission of viruses or malicious programs despite having configured all technological measures to prevent it.
- The opinions of the Users in the forums, chat, and messages in the different areas of the Portal.
- The illicit, negligent, fraudulent use, contrary to these General Conditions, good faith, generally accepted uses or public order of the Portal, its Services or contents, by users.
VII. Modifications
Greenalia may, without prior notice, and whenever it deems appropriate, unilaterally modify the structure and design of the Portal as well as its conditions of access and / or use. You may also modify, delete or add the contents and Services provided through it, as well as the way in which they are presented or located in the Portal.

The Portal may have links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites controlled and managed by third parties.
Greenalia does not exercise any type of control, nor does it market or own the contents, services, information and statements available on these websites. Likewise, the inclusion of these external connections does not imply any type of association, merger or participation with the connected entities.
In no case will Greenalia assume any type of responsibility, even indirectly or indirectly, for the contents of any link belonging to a third party website, and / or for damages of any kind that may arise from access to them. Nor will the technical availability, reliability, quality, accuracy, amplitude, veracity, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any such hyperlinks or other Internet sites be guaranteed.
IX. Right of exclusion
Greenalia reserves the right to deny or withdraw access to the Portal and/or the Services offered if prior notice is required, at its own request or at the request of a third party, to those users who fail to comply with these General Conditions of Use.
X. General
Greenalia S.A. will pursue the breach of these Conditions as well as any improper use of its/its Portal/s exercising all civil and criminal actions that may correspond to it by law.
XI. Modification of these General Conditions
Greenalia may modify at any time the stipulated conditions, being duly published as presented here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will be in accordance with their exposure and will be in force until they are modified by others duly published.
XII. Duration
The provision of the website service, as well as the services it offers, will have an indefinite duration. However, Greenalia reserves the right to interrupt, suspend or terminate the provision of the Portal service or any of the services and / or contents that compose it.
XIII. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The relationship between Greenalia and the User will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy, conflict or dispute that may arise will be resolved by the Arbitration Court of the Confederation of Employers of Ferrol, Eume and Ortegal.
