II. Users

The access and/or use of the Portal attributes the condition of user, (hereinafter, the ''User'') who fully accepts, from the moment of access and/or use, the General Use Conditions reflected here.


III. Use of the Portal

The Portal provides access to a multitude of information, programs or data (hereinafter, the ''Services'') on the Internet belonging to Greenalia or its licensors to which the User may have access.

The provision of the Services by Greenalia is free of charge for Users.

The User assumes responsibility for the use of the Portal, which extends to the registration or completion of forms that are required to access certain services or content. V. Intellectual and Industrial Property

XIII. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The relationship between Greenalia and the User will be governed by current Spanish regulations and any controversy, conflict or dispute that may arise will be resolved by the Arbitration Court of the Confederation of Employers of Ferrol, Eume and Ortegal.
